Payments
Customers can make payment on Qkart through various payment methods. Qkart assures you that all the payments are fully secure, confidential and encrypted to the highest level. Customers have the option to use Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or Cash on Delivery to make your purchase.
There are NO hidden charges with any purchase on Qkart. All the item prices includes all the taxes. Hence you don’t pay anything more than what you see against the product. Qkart only charges Rs 25/- as delivery charges per item. With all deliveries worth above Rs 1000/-, delivery charges are waived off.
For the customers who are not comfortable in paying online, they can make the payment at the time of receiving the product, in cash. We only accept Indian Rupees with CoD deliveries.
All major payments cards with Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted on the portal.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need to enter card number, card expiry date and three-digit CVV number which is available on the backside of the card. After entering these details, 3D secure password also needs to be entered to complete the transaction.
Internationally issued credit/debit cards cannot be used for now but it will be made compatible once we launch Qkart in other countries.
Our customers are assured that all the digital payments are made in highest secure way. Qkart uses the highest secure mechanism of using 256-bit encryption technology which transfers all the details to the bank securely for processing. All these payments are done via secure gateways while banks use 3D secure password service for Online Transactions.
The 3D Secure is another level of security layer provided and implemented by all major card providers including VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks Since this password is created by the user and hence ensure that only the genuine and authorised customers are able to complete the transactions.
There are thousands of products which are available for COD. At the time of checkout, buyer just need to select the payment option as Cash on Delivery (COD).
Once submitted, your order will be processed. Buyer needs to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to receive the order. There are certain terms and condition for these deliveries

Delivery
Qkart offers multiple ways to deliver the products to the customers. Following are the options available:
Qkart Delivery: With this option, Qkart delivers the product to the customers with nominal charges.
Shop Delivery: For some items, shops will be delivering the products directly to the customers.
Courier Delivery: Currently this option is not available for local delivery. The option will be available for international deliveries.
Delivery charges varies between Rs 25 to Rs 40 per item for local deliveries. Delivery Price is dependent on the distance between Buyer and Seller Pincode. All local products will be delivered within 3 hours of time. For all orders placed after 7 PM, delivery will be done next day. Orders will be delivered all the seven days with Public Holidays as an exceptions.
All prices shown includes all-inclusive prices with Delivery charges to be shown at the check outs.
Returns are super easy. Against the product, there is an option available to return the item. Courier will pick up the item with no cost to the customer
