Village wala cow ghee is a traditional, handmade product that contains no GMOs or pesticides. It's made from grass-fed cows and is rich in vitamins A, D, E, K, and Omega 6. Cow ghee contains more Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) than non-organic varieties, which can improve lipid metabolism, immunity, and bone mineralization. Preparation Bilona method: Village wala cow ghee is prepared by the traditional Vedic bilona method from curd. The milk of the cow is heated and fermented using the previous day buttermilk. The curd obtained is churned using bilona. STORAGE CONDITION: Village wala cow ghee comes in a glass jar with 5 levels of safety. It should be stored at ambient (room) temperature and kept away from direct contact with sunlight.
