Long Jamun

Long Jamun is a variation of the traditional Gulab Jamun, but in the shape of a long, oval or cylindrical form rather than the usual round balls. The preparation is similar, made from khoya (reduced milk), flour, and a pinch of baking soda, deep-fried to a golden color, and soaked in sweet sugar syrup. Long Jamun has the same soft, spongy texture as Gulab Jamun but offers a unique shape, making it visually different while still delivering the same deliciously sweet and syrupy flavor.
