Kesar Slice

Kesar Slice is a delectable Indian sweet made from milk, sugar, and flavored with saffron (kesar), which gives it its distinct golden color and aromatic taste. The mixture is cooked to a thick, fudge-like consistency and then set into a firm slice shape. Often garnished with nuts or cardamom, Kesar Slice offers a rich, creamy texture with a unique, fragrant flavor from the saffron. It is a popular dessert during festivals, especially Diwali and Eid.
