MTR Ready Khaman Dhokla 500g

This mix captures the genuine taste of a traditional Gujarati Khaman Dhokla. Crafted with premium gram flour (64%), semolina, sugar, salt, and a blend of aromatic spices and herbs. Simply add water and cooking oil (and optionally curd) to create a smooth batter, then steam for approximately 15 minutes. Saves time in the kitchen by eliminating the need to soak lentils or grind a fresh batter from scratch. Enjoy it as a breakfast item, a tea-time snack, or as a flavorful appetizer with chutney Contains gluten and may contain traces of nuts and mustard. Store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place. Use a dry spoon and store in an airtight container once opened.
