Amul Sweetened Condensed Milk Gold (405 g tin) is a rich and creamy sweetened condensed partly skimmed milk product made from quality milk solids and sugar. With about 300 kcal per 100 g, it contains roughly 4 g total fat (with 2.6 g saturated fat), 55.5 g total carbohydrate (including ≈43 g added sugar), around 8 g of protein, and 300 mg calcium per 100 g. Shelf-stable for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place, it adds velvety sweetness to traditional Indian desserts like kheer, laddoo, rasmalai, halwa, and also lends decadent texture and flavor to cakes, beverages, and baking creations.
