Vicks Vapo Rub Classic Relieves 6 Cough & Cold Symptoms 105ml

Topical Application: Rub a thick layer on your chest, throat, and back. Clothing should be kept loose around the throat and chest to help the vapors reach the nose and mouth. This method also helps relieve minor muscle and joint aches. Steam Inhalation: Add one to two teaspoons of VapoRub to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Lean over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and gently inhale the medicated vapors for 10-15 minutes.
